In this multi-year project, I was deeply involved in several key areas: design language and design system development, enhancing UX through new information architecture, and defining and governing numerous UX patterns. I also played a pivotal role in creating several prototypes using various technology stacks and fidelity levels, as well as optimizing processes and implementing tools. Additionally, I engaged in co-creation with the development team to build a universal component framework and application architecture, which significantly accelerated our digital transformation efforts.
