Sales training & POS

For Bosch Home Appliance, I worked on a pitch for a POS sales app for the APAC market, designed to make product information and comparison faster and easier to navigate.
The concept brought two experiences together: a consumer-facing product experience and an internal tool for sales staff, including a product knowledge base and CRM functionality. I worked across the UX, information architecture and interaction design, and built a working iOS prototype to make the concept tangible.
Within two weeks, we had a working prototype ready to present, allowing Bosch to experience the proposed product rather than simply seeing it described in a presentation.
A pitch, built in two weeks
Bosch wanted a point of sale tool for the APAC market. We answered with a working iOS prototype rather than a deck, so they could hold the idea.
Finding the right machine
In store the question is always which one, not what is it. The structure starts from the category and narrows fast.
Two apps in one
A customer view for browsing and a promoter view with the knowledge base and CRM behind it. One tap switches, so staff never hand over a screen showing their own tools.
The page the sale happens on
Picture, features, price, availability, energy label. Everything a promoter otherwise has to remember or go and look up.
Compare, then take it home
Two machines side by side, then the brochure by email. The follow-up is where a showroom conversation is usually lost.
The comparison, in full
Feature by feature, in one table. This is the screen the whole prototype was really built to prove.
