Web3 Accelerator Program

IOTA Labs is a dedicated Web3 accelerator program supporting projects across the IOTA ecosystem. I worked on shaping the website’s content structure, messaging and brand positioning, making the program, its funding process and supported projects easier to understand and explore.
The site was also part of a larger effort to bring three IOTA ecosystem brands onto a shared multi-brand design system. This allowed us to share components and content structures across the sites while giving each brand its own visual identity and positioning.
The result was a more transparent way to communicate the accelerator program, from how grants work and what criteria projects need to meet to showcasing the projects already supported.
The third brand
Labs is the accelerator, with grants, supported projects and ecosystem. Its own colour and its own voice, on the same components as the other two IOTA sites.
Two audiences, one site
Founders looking for funding and the ecosystem watching what gets funded. The structure separates them at the first click.
Numbers in the open
Grant size, projects funded, initiatives supported. An accelerator is judged on what it has actually paid out.
The criteria, before you apply
Relevance, fair market value, risk, no double funding, open source. Publishing the rules saves everyone the applications that were never going to pass.
How the decision is made
Committee scoring, shown as a rubric. The most common question from applicants was what happens after the form, so the site answers it.
The proof is the projects
A filterable directory of what has been built on IOTA. It is the page the programme is really selling, and it grows by itself.
